Below is an example of some of the activities and important dates to remember. This schedule is not comprehensive, and is subject to change.
August 6	Application Deadline (fully completed applications and application fee to be submitted to Wesley Acres’ Pillar Program)
Sept. 10	Move in day at Pillars. 1—5 pm
Sept.- April	Serving Wesley Acres ministries approximately one per month (no more than one per month, perhaps less depending on the bookings)
Sept.11- 14	Orientation & Out-Trip
Oct. 2 - 4	Study & Service (These 3 days will provide you an opportunity to catch-up on assignments, study and engage in optional world class leadership seminars, as well as seeing you do your part in service to the 160+ pastors arriving for their annual conference)
Oct. 5 - 8	Home for Thanksgiving (program resumes Oct. 9)
Oct. 31	Halloween Outreach
Nov. 28 - Dec. 1	Missions Experience—Streets of Pain
Dec. 22 - Jan. 6	Home for Christmas Break (program resumes Jan. 7/2008)
Feb. 1 - 10	Missions Experience—Bogalusa
Feb.18 - 24	Home for Reading Week (program resumes Feb. 25)

Mar. 9 - 15	Optional Missions Experience— Florida
